Cartainers offers custom-configured products (including through our online configurator). Custom orders may be subject to additional lead times, deposit requirements, and non-cancellation or non-refund policies. Estimated delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or circumstances beyond our control.
Due to the bespoke and high-value nature of our products, all sales are final unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt at legal@cartainers.com. We will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve any legitimate claims.
The online configurator tool on our Site is provided for informational and design exploration purposes only. Configurations created using the tool are not binding orders or quotes unless confirmed in writing by Cartainers. Final pricing, specifications, and availability are subject to confirmation by our sales team.
The Site and its entire contents, features, and functionality — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, software, and the overall appearance and feel of the Site — are the exclusive property of Cartainers and are protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
